MEETING FEBRUARY 20th, 2008 First Meeting of New Democratic Town Committee (DTC) - Election of Officers March 5th Room A-300 (as currently scheduled -postcard notice will be sent) »»»National Convention Delegate Caucuses March 19th within 4th Congressional District. (Please don't hold Ward meeting the same night.) »»»Ward (i.e.) District Committees. Must meet in March before the 25th of March to select, Seven delegates to State Convention Seven delegates to State Senate Convention Seven delegates to Congressional Convention **Rowayton part of Ward E picks three delegates for #141 convention **East side parts of Wards D & C pick five delegates for #143 convention »»»Ward (i.e.) District Committees. Meet in April or early May to select: Eight JP candidates. »»»State convention - May 10th. Hartford Norwalk sends 35 delegates, Delegates selected by DTC at a meeting between March 25th - April 1st.
